Our Valuation division at Seeff Botswana is headed up by Junior Makopola.

Junior Makopola, Seeff Properties Head of Valuations, is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with a wealth of experience and expertise. Holding full membership in both the Real Estate Institute and Real Estate Advisory Council of Botswana, Junior has demonstrated his commitment to excellence in the field.

His academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ba Isago University and a Bachelor's degree of Science in Agriculture from the University of Botswana via (BUAN). Currently, Junior is furthering his education by pursuing a Master's degree in Property Development and Management at the University of the Witwatersrand.

With over 13 years of hands-on experience, Junior has served as a registered estate agent and property valuer, honing his skills and knowledge in various roles. His professional journey includes managerial roles at estate agencies and valuations companies. His tenure at Seeff Properties, since 2022, has proven that he is a valuable asset to the valuations department.

Junior Makopola brings a unique blend of academic excellence, industry accreditation, and practical experience to the table, making him an invaluable and trustworthy professional for your valuation needs.
